Terms of service
1. The service
LlamaEmail provides custom-domain email (send, receive and webmail) operated by Peter Kouimtzis trading as LlamaEmail in Australia. Contact: hello@llamaemail.com.
2. Early access
The product is in early access / beta. Features may change, limits may be adjusted, and there is no service-level agreement. Do not treat the pilot as a guaranteed production mail system for business-critical mail without your own migration and recovery plan.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must verify an email you control to register. You are responsible for safeguarding passkeys, email-code access and recovery codes. Workspaces you own may have domains, mailboxes and people you invite. Mailbox reading access is assignment-scoped — company membership alone does not grant inbox access.
4. Plans and payment
New workspaces start on Launch allowances. Paid checkout, renewals and add-on purchases are not live yet. Creating an account does not take payment. When billing launches, prices and tax display will be confirmed before charge.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable use policy. We may suspend sending or access for abuse, legal risk or operational safety.
6. Content and privacy
You retain rights to your mail content. We process mail and account data to operate the service as described in the Privacy policy.
7. Availability, backups and deletion
We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uptime. Independent long-term backup recovery is still maturing. Trash and soft-deleted mailboxes can be restored before purge; permanent deletion is not guaranteed to be recoverable. Closing a workspace follows the in-product deletion flow and retention window shown there.
8. Protection
Malware scanning and quarantine are used in the pilot. They reduce risk; they do not guarantee that every threat is caught. Broader spam reputation and client IMAP/SMTP remain incomplete.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the pilot is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or mail delivery failure beyond what the law requires for consumers.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
