Acceptable use policy

1. Intended use

LlamaEmail is for everyday correspondence on domains you control — founders, makers, developers and small teams. It is not a bulk-mail, cold-outreach or marketing-blast platform.

2. Prohibited

• Unsolicited bulk, spam or purchased-list email
• Phishing, malware distribution or credential theft
• Fraud, impersonation or illegal content
• Abuse of aliases or domains to evade blocks or mislead recipients
• Attempts to bypass rate limits, scanning, quarantine or access controls
• Probing, attacking or overloading LlamaEmail or third-party infrastructure

3. Sending limits

Workspace plan limits and burst policies apply. Launch includes a modest monthly outbound recipient allowance and a daily burst cap. Exceeding limits can block further sends until reset or an entitlement change.

4. Domains and identity

Only connect domains you are authorised to use. Maintain accurate DNS and sender authentication. Do not spoof other people’s domains or addresses.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate complaints, provider signals and automated abuse indicators. We may quarantine mail, suspend sending, suspend workspaces or delete accounts. We aim to notify owners when practical, but may act immediately for severe risk.

6. Reporting

Report abuse to hello@llamaemail.com with headers and evidence where possible.
